Grazie a Francesca and the staff. Pastiamo Pasta Bar is a fantastic spot for fresh, authentic Italian pasta. The dishes are flavorful, the ingredients taste high-quality, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A must-visit for any pasta lover!

More of a 4.5. The pastas are incredibly fresh, cooked perfectly al dente, and are accompanied by rich sauces. The gnocchi and ravioli were probably our two favorites. Focaccia is also a great app. Service is friendly. I just wish the inside was a little more upscale, because although you can sit down, it’s empty and there’s more of a takeout feel. The food however, is good enough to justify a nice, sit-down restaurant. Overall, would recommend.

I have worked in Princeton for many years, and I love eating well; this place is excellent. The chef is Italian, and the food is fresh and expertly prepared. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which came served with mashed potatoes and arugula. I thought it was outstanding; the focaccia sandwiches will be the next thing I order. I also ordered a fig dessert, and it was sensational—just like their savory dishes, the desserts are made in-house as well. My server, Mariana, was very friendly and highly professional; I’ve known her for many years, as she has worked at other dining establishments in the area. I will definitely be visiting very often. Excellent food—authentic, and made with high-quality ingredients.

I’ve been following Pastiamo for a while now, and I’ve driven over an hour just to pick up their focaccia and bring it home; that alone says everything. This is not your typical Italian restaurant. This is real quality. Real ingredients. Real food. Yesterday, I brought my in-laws for lunch and we ordered a bit of everything,you can see it in the photos. Every dish was on point. You feel the difference immediately. What I respect the most is how you feel after eating. So many “Italian” places in NYC and NJ leave you bloated the next day. Not here. This is clean, authentic Italian cuisine, the kind you experience when you’re actually in Italy. The service is always amazing, and Francesca clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. There’s intention behind every plate. I truly love the quality and highly recommend this place. I just wish it were closer to my home. If you’re ever in the area, make the trip. And take time to enjoy Edgewater,it’s a beautiful town.
